If you live in a red state, as I do, you have a legislature that's the the tobacco industry's and the Chamber of Commerce's bitch, and that fails to address the health hazards posed by indoor exposure to second hand smoke. However, even the
Surgeon General of the U.S. is now on board that second hand smoke is a significant hazard to human health. As I've mentioned over at
Impact Analysis this has a little bit of traction nationally right now. So, it's a good time to bring it to the attention of our state legislators. This one should be a no-brainer.
